Day 41 of the challenge! A friend of mine recommended Mr. Church, an overly emotional drama starring Eddie Murphy. Let that sink in for a bit... Plot wise, it's as predictable and formulaic as they come, but it's a fairly fun and feel good watch. For sure worth a watch if you're in the mood for something sappy.
Eddie Murphy is entirely retrained in Mr. Church, giving a pretty poignant performance (say that three times fast) as a cook with a mysterious life and troubled past. Nothing much else to say about this one, other than some of the most of the food he cooked looked delicious...
